Phiney Pet Presentation SS17

phineyblog1We teamed up with dream designer Phiney Pet at London Fashion Week this season! Phiney is known for her playful illustration style and exciting layered prints and has dressed the likes of Miley Cyrus & Ella Eyre! We spoke to Phiney about her inspiration behind the collection ‘ The cult of our bedroom fantasies’ here on our previous blog.

Her hand painted leather jackets featuring cartoon like illustrations and empowering messages make her jackets an iconic staple of the fashion savvy at London Fashion Week.

This season Phiney Pet takes us back to our teenage years of cringe worthy dear diary inserts and provides us with a nostalgic nod to our teenage years. Have a peek at the show here…

The atmosphere was electric, with neon yellow lighting making the room feel surreal and dream like and dance tunes spun by the amazing GRL TLK DJs!

Bea Sweet provided the perfect makeup looks with bold eye colour and classic dewy skin, which we’ll definitely be trying out in the marc b. studio! The models represented the next generation of girl innovators & creative’s such as blogger Ellie Connor, Super stylist Jess Cruz & designer Mona Cordes!

Phiney took some of our classic bags this season and customised them with sequin rabbits, glittery kittens, graffiti hearts and even hand painted our Pink Kandi with her iconic trouble maker bear! The models wore a mix of denim jackets adorned with patches, multicoloured sequinned dresses, peter pan collars and of course Phiney’s signature oversized leather jackets!

We’re so excited to of been able to of been apart of such an exciting show! Keep your eyes peeled for our LFW round up and our street style snaps coming soon!
